Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
We fulfil our orders through a trusted fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Netherlands: 7–15 business days
- Europe (EU): 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on product availability, the carrier, and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@hazenaz.co. We will investigate on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Hazenaz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@hazenaz.co — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
